First established in 1643, Trudon is a company based in history. Elaborated hand in hand with world class perfumers, Trudon's fragrances are the result of a careful development. All their candles are handmade in their own factory in Normandy, France. Each glass is unique and hand-crafted in Tuscany, their shape inspired by champagne buckets. Trudon fragrances are developed with the utmost care and patience.
Their motto, "Deo Regique Laborant", which you can read on their emblem means: the bees work for God and the King. The beehive symbol pays tribute to the bees that contributed to the quality of the Maison Trudon candles throughout the centuries. Located in Mortagne-au-Perche (Normandy) since 1901, Trudon is part of the Perche regional Nature Park. The Nature Park’s mission is to protect the environment, through actions that help preserve its biodiversity, raise awareness of and devotion to the local patrimony.
