Refund & Return Policies
ALL DISCOUNTED & SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
We want our customers to be over the moon with their purchases, but we understand sometimes products end up not being the best fit. In this case, you are welcome to return or exchange the product with the following conditions:
- The return window is 14 days after the purchase is made. If that final day falls on a weekend day or a day the store is closed, it will be extended to the closest working day.
- Eligibility for returns is reliant on the item being in the same condition as it was when purchased. Damaged clothing or products will not be accepted. Earrings, opened skincare, body products and perfumes are also ineligible for returns for hygiene reasons.
- If you are uncertain about returns and eligibility absolutely do not hesitate to reach out and we will help you as best we can.
Once the item/items are received either by in-person drop off or through the post, an email will be sent that we have received your returned item. If the item is eligible for return we will process the refund as soon as possible and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within a 2-week processing period. Customers returning items by post will be responsible for return shipping costs.
