Bali is an amazing island, full of soul and culture as well as being a haven for production of high quality garments. ELF practices fair trade production meaning that all tailors get proper training, appropriate time off, fair wages, and are treated with the utmost respect. 

Sustainability is the keyword in ELF's production. They believe that design and fashion can be sustainable and responsible, and at the same time modern and unique. They source materials locally, hand-make items to reduce their carbon footprint and use recycled materials for all packaging and printing.
