Gua Sha Kit - Grapseed Oil & Gua Sha

Gua Sha is an ancient Asian 'scraping technique' in massage to increase blood circulation, release muscle tension and stimulate the lymphatic system. The scraping tool 'Gua Sha' comes in different shapes and materials. This is made of plastic*.

First you clean the skin, and then you apply some oil (grape seed oil is included) to your face and neck. You can also use skin cream, serum or other vegetable oil that makes the Gua Sha board glide easily over the skin. Then use the diagram and iron the edge of the Gua Sha board in the direction of the arrows with light pressure. (Extra light under the eyes). Always stroke away and upwards, and never back and forth. Do about five coats per area. Afterwards, you clean the skin of oil, or leave it on depending on how you feel. It is also great to use on the rest of the body and it is especially good to stroke up the arms after a long day at work.
